Loading Custom Shapes in Photoshop
Make the custom shape tool the active tool in the toolbox.
Click the down arrow by the custom shape menu in the options bar. Click the options arrow on the top right side of the palette. From this menu you can decide how the palette displays (or doesn't, if you choose Text Only) thumbnails of the shapes as well as Reset the shapes to default, Load new shapes, or open the Preset Manager to Save Custom Shape Sets. Choose from the shape sets listed or choose All to load all of the sets at once. You will be asked if you want to replace the currently loaded shapes or append the new ones.
Go get more...
Go to to Adobe Studio Exchange to download more. (And a lot of other goodies too!) If you haven't been there in a while, the Exchange has a new look. For Photoshop downloads, choose Photoshop and you will also be able to load only shapes (or brushes or whatever it is you are looking for!)
Unzip the downloaded shapes to a folder you will be able to locate easily, and load them using the shapes palette options menu. You can also copy them to the Photoshop/presets/custom shapes folder on your hard drive and they will appear in the list of shapes in the palette.
