Loading Custom Shapes in Photoshop Elements
Make the custom shape tool the active tool in the toolbox.
Click the down arrow by the custom shape menu in the options bar. Click the options arrow on the top right side of the palette. Choose from the shape sets listed or choose All Elements Shapes to load all of the sets at once.
Go get more...
Go to to Adobe Studio Exchange to download more. (And a lot of other goodies too!) If you haven't been there in a while, the Exchange has a new look. For Elements downloads, choose Photoshop, as Elements doesn't have a designated download area since most of the downloads also work with Elements.
Unzip and copy to your presets\custom shapes folder inside the Elements folder on your hard drive.
