Refund policy
Before a code is revealed
An unpaid or failed checkout releases the reservation. Nothing has been delivered, so there is no charge to reverse unless a payment provider captured one in error.
After a code is revealed
A revealed code is not returned to inventory and is not sold again. A refund, if approved, withholds that code. Approval is not automatic.
Demonstration orders
Seeded demonstration codes have no redemption value. Development payments, when enabled, do not charge a card.
How to ask
Contact support with the order number. Administrator refunds are recorded in the order and the audit log.
